my baby boy 47 days old...and his wght is 3.75kg...but he looks very lean why???then his body very ease

Hello ma’am What is the birth weight of your child that you have not mentioned but I can only tell you if your child has even one KG in two months after birth then that’s a decent an ideal weight gain so need not worry about it.
