My baby boy 14 days old. Having a red rashes and white acne on his face, cheek, Forehead. Is it normal ??

Atogla you can apply this is a very common thing that has been seen with kids in an early age don’t worry about it as it is very normal so we currently have applied the screen for 3 to 4 times in the day on the face and do not apply anything no oil no soap nothing wash it with plain water
