my baby boy 1 year old last 5 days around neck and head skin rashes sometimes itching and than stomach mild skin rashes appear and whole body rough please suggest what to do coconut oil use 2 time whole day and atarax 1ml bd please ans this problem expert

For any kind of skin problem like any rashes or spots over the skin in any part of the body it is important to do clinical assessment and know the proper history before suggesting any tre catment so please consult your dermatologist or pediatrician for proper treatment .
