my baby born on 24.07.2026. today 45 days vaccination given. Syrup for fever has been given.still he has fever 100.4 is it normal #Vaccination

Keep repeating the medicine for every six hours for fever that you are giving and that is what is going to be good and if still the fever doesn’t subside within maximum time of 72 hours check with your doctor because fever usually breaks within a day or two after vaccination with regular medication
