my baby birth weight was 3.2 kgs. now he is 5 kg aged 3 month 15 days. from last 28 days only 250 gms he has put on.. anything to worry? he has blocked nose from last month.. but all activities are good..what to do

A. don't panic dear if child is active and healthy and playful and having his feed properly on the regular intervals and passing urine properly then there us nothing to worry about
