My baby birth weight was 2.42kg, she gained 5.4kg in 7th month. Is she in underweight condition. She was exclusively breastfed till 6 months started solids afterwards along with breastmilk. Do I need to add any particular food to gain weight

A. Mam your child is little underweight even as per the birth if I suggest you which is why it would be good for you to check with your doctor there is no specific food to be given it is just going to be a balanced diet with which only the child is going to gain sufficient amount of weight
