my baby birth vaccine has swelling and it had burst out pus came from it. there is a hole in that area can I apply neosporin powder on it

A. hello this will require a proper medocal attebtion since the kid is snall n is better to chk ir doctor n she will be able to guide u accordongly which is better n allso safe too n no worries
