A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in the family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Keep your baby hydrated all day. Check with your doctor for any vitamin deficiency in your child.
