my baby always place her hands on her genital area ..today I examine her part there is a small white color burn like summer sunburn....how to overcome this

A. this is normally seen but still regarding the symptoms you should get a proper physical examination done by your doctor and then only your doctor will give proper guidance regarding the complain so consult your doctor once thanks
