my baby age is 4 months. but her weight is 4.6kg .is this weight is OK for her?

Well that would completely depend on the birth weight of the child by completing the age of four months it should be at least minimum of 1600 grams to 2 KG plus the birth weight of the child if your child has gained that way then it is fine otherwise it is underweight
