Are you giving Screen Time to the child or have you actually given too much of screen time to the child because in that case it has been seen that kids do not have communication reputation is more commonly seen with them because they’ve learnt something from the screen apart from that is good there is no problem sentence formation is not seen necessarily with every child in this age it happens over the period by the age of 3 to 4 years also just teach your child to connect to words to frame a sentence and avoid giving any screen time if you are giving to your child
