Hello, my baby is 1 year 14 days , does not respond to her name when we call her. but does eye contact, says mama dada and other words. when asked questions like how dog barks, how elephant does she acts and shows. but does not respond to name. should I be worried? recently read article about autism. and this is first thing to notice. kindly help

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment of the czhild needs to be done wzhich will tell whether the child is having any development delay or not.
the child will be assessed for four major milestones that is gross motor fine motor social and language.
