A. Hello, your baby girl is 18 months old and she is having a fever then you can give her 9 mg/kg paracetamol at a time likewise every 8 hours a day

A. Hello dear parent, although I am not a doctor but an experienced mom. Yo can give paracetamol to your baby every six hours or as required. Also it should be given only when the temperature is either 100 degrees or abpve.
