my baby 45 days old and 4 lbs weight. I gave him to 2.5 ml dose of 125mg/5ml paracetamol syrup for 2 times at 4hours interval after vaccination is it ok

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 45 days old and his weight is just 2 lbs means 900 gms then you should give him only 9 drops of paracetamol sos and consult with your neonatologist
