my baby a fever from 2 days and he is irritable what to do

A. please give him dolo drops for fever. increase breast feeding and stay more close to your baby. consult your doctor if no improvement after three days. all the very best.

A. hello u can give paracetamol for fever n irritation can be due to temperature which is normal when not well n any concern is better to check with ur doctor will be safe
