ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. Make sure your child's hands and surrounding is always clean. Give your child more fluids. massage the gums with a clean cotton cloth and give teethers to chew on. Also visit a pediatrician for proper treatment regarding loose motions.

Keep in mind, diarrhea can be a sign of a more serious infection so contact your infant's pediatrician if the stool becomes watery, because your infant could be at risk for dehydration.
