Q.

my baby 7 months old, thick rice porridge 2 times a day started and 4 to 5 times breast milk no fruits no vegetables.only giving 6 spoons of water after solid food is it causes dehydration

A. You should increase liquid intake of the baby and try to give around 150 ml water to the baby and keep consistency of the semi solids flowy like a custard take care

A. It Maybe you should give good amount of fruits and vegetables that’s very very important to be given to the child because somewhere it also helps in regulating the digestive system as well as it is going to maintain hydration in the body and your child will be getting used to different kind of test so try giving everything to the child
