offer choice between two foods any one of which you may want him to try.
yourself eat the fruit / vegetable that you want him to try and explain its texture, flavour to the kid and ask whether he would like to give it a try
don't be pushy but be gently encouraging

Put everything into the plate mix it with the food that your child is eating and try to feel slowly gradually only the child is going to learn because this is not going to be enough for the child just have to give each and everything that you’re making at home slowly gradually the child will accept
