my baby 6 months 10 days old.after having banana puree fod first time, she developed rashes on her neck.. and her buttock became red.. and black spots on potty.. did potty 2 times.. what to do pls tell..😔

A. hello. look like sofe allergy.. apply calamine lotion over rashes areas.. increase breast feeding . Do Consult your paedritician if stool consistency is watery, foul smelling, more frequent, bloody, pee count is less than 5-6 times.
