Q.

MY baby 5month 24days old ,I joined back to my work so can't able to breastfeed regularly,morning and in my lunch break iam breastfeeding and after returning to home from work I'm continuing feeding ,between this he is having idly,Dal rice with ghee,cure rice and milk rice ,but he is not eating properly and losing his body weight,what can I do now???

A. breastmilk can be well stored In room temperature for 4-6 hours. But it's good to consume within 4 hours. That's safe. In fridge you can store upto 4-5 days. And in freezer you can store upto two weeks. It's absolutely safe. To feed heat a bowl with water and over that place another bowl with stored milk and heat it for few mins say 2-3 mins. Store breast milk in bottles made of glass or hard plastic with tight-fitting lids. Don't store milk in disposable bottle liners.
