Q.

My baby 5 mnths old..and he observes us while eating and seems to be demanding..can we start solid?

A. Dear mum, you should not start solids at 5 months even if your baby shows interest in having solid foods. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete.
