my baby 45 days old toliet not coming properly little bit ony fast two days please suggest what we can do

Proper you did then you should get a check with your doctor because a child should pass urine for about 10 to 15 times in a day because the child is completely on liquid diet so it’s very important but if your child is not passing motion for 2 to 3 days also then it would be considered very normal
