My baby 4 month old she not upward her neck properly nd see downward otherwise move properly or up her neck while on tummy

A. normal sand further you can seek guidance from your doctor for proper suggestions and follow them accordingly e for the the best benefit and also maintain good hygiene which is helpful it's always important
