My baby (4.5 months old) chokes on saliva while sleeping. She is doing this for the past 3 days only. It happens 2-3 times in the night. Sometimes in day nap also she is choking. There is no cold/nasal congestion/ breathing difficulties. What could be the possible reasons?

Teething Maybe happening which is why this is kind of an issue your child is facing put a pillow underneath and see if there anything changes because when the head is a little upright elevated then maybe the child is going to feel better otherwise you can get a check with your doctor ones
