My baby 3m 27 days not passing stool for more than week what to do is it normal ??

A. mam please give colic aid drops to the baby. also massage baby stomach clockwise and anti clokaise with coconut oil. do some cycling leg exercises of the baby to relieve from gas and constipation. mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal.
