my baby 3 month and 15 days old but usko fever aya hai ghar me usse kya treatment kr sakti hu doctor ke pass jake aye hai medicine diya hai but home made kuch hoto batao please

A. aur sponge normal water or hot water ??

A. temprature is 100.5 usko calpol drop 7:30 ko diya hai ab kitne time ke bad dena padega

A. for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature. also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give paracetamol. higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation. after giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving meet dr in few days
