my baby 3.6 years old she loss her hairs when I am doing shampoo and oiling lots of hair coming and I think some eyebrows when I picked come out when she is rub her eyes some eye lashes out what happened to her I am so tense

Most Common reason behind hair fall is fungal infection to get a check with your dermatologist at least you’ll come to know what’s happening apart from that you should start giving iron supplement to the child or increase the content of iron in terms of food that you are giving to the child but it would definitely be a good idea to consult a dermatologist ones
