My baby 3.4 years . from 10 days on her legs nears ankles and near knees she is getting small rashes and getting irrating and after continuous application of baby lotion its getting dried and again in some other place the rash are coming. Can you please help

A. hi it happens because of many reasons like dry skin,heat or sweating, allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics, infection etc. so please keep your child well hydrated. avoid using any cosmetics. keep an eye on your child diet. keep your child in well vantileted room. dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes. give bath with warm water and neem leaves. maintain good hygiene
