A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy productsy all kinds of dal and other protein cvontaining food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. Some kind of a nutritional deficiency because these things are very common with kids at this age which can affect the growth and health and hide every thing of the child but these things are normal so don’t worry about it you may just consult your doctor the doctor could actually advise you wit Some supplements that you need to start with and what did it carefully after that and see how things are going to change for the child but before you go ahead with anything it’s a profit did you take a proper medical assistance with your doctorWrite Your Answer Here
