my baby 2 years old.she will not taken food properly from last 15 days.she decreased her waight also,what we can do?

A. hi as a child is losing his weight ,it is advisable to visit your pediatrician for once. it should be case of teething , worm Infection , indigestion or nutritional deficiencies. please try to give small and frequent meal.
