my baby 2 years old she suffering from fever cold and cough so what medicine give for my baby so please tell

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. every season has its own challenges specially for kids. In the coming winter season also care is required specially regarding the seasonal flu and respiratory Infection . protect the child from extreme cold and sudden temperature variations. also healthy diet with all the required vaccine upto date should be given. also skin care is required and avoid dryness of skin .Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dojyse can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .
