my baby 2 years 8 months she vomited what she eat past 4 days and now please suggest medicine no fever to her motion and vomits had

A. hello. give ger ors,waterto drink to avoid dehydration. .give her syp vomikind it will help to control vomiting. .further it is good to consult your doctor. all the best.
