my baby 2 year 9 months having itching ,redness and small pimples on lower body what can i use creams and home remedies ?

Oh You can use Cetaphil lotion on the entire body or the lower part of the body where ever you feel the rashes are coming that could be probably due to heat I am not understood as to what do you seen you see what do you mean by lower part it is in the intimate area or the entire lower body
