Q.

my baby 2 month 25 days old.. premature (33 week) she not sleeping properly and gastric problem much more plz suggest me medicine . Bonnisan and Colicaid already giving her.

A. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/flatuna drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is common to spit the milk after feed,it can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally.you can giveoig bonnisan drops 3 times a day too for better digestion.

A. no bonnisan. Breastfeeding is the best source of natural immunity and antibodies to a newborn baby never give formula milk as it is not required at all exclusive breastfeeding is a must for good immunity and baby health , reduces colic and gas issues and overall brain development of the baby. No water , ghutti or any other syp is given till 6 months of age .
