Q.

hello, my baby received 6th week vaccination on 25 April but yesterday he is not feeding properly aur also not sleeping well. what to do please help me out with this

A. if your child has received the DPT vaccination it causes pain and swelling and for sometime the chairman of feed also properly to just give Paracetamol to the child and apply some ice fomentation over the injection site
