my baby 14 months having small pimples on thais of lega please tell me the solutions (may be its appear due to diaper)

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom Then you can apply rash free ointment. You can apply it 2 to 3 times in a day it is totally safe. And if you use diapers regularly then you have to take some precautions. Like you have to change the diaper in every 3 to 5 hours. And clean your baby properly while changing diaper.
