Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if the red spot in the eyes comes again and again and is not improving on its on in next two or three days and the child is also having complaints then itt is advisable to maintain hygiene of the eyes and meet your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment because it can be either due to allergy or infection

as your child is 11 year old and has redness in eyes ,you can use tobacin eye drops for this.
clean your child eyes with fresh tap water.
