My baby 10 months old and my little one's skin is very dry and redness patches, wat to apply to make skin soft and smooth?

TarunaMom of 2 children11 months agoA. It happens when the skin gets extremely dry , do you use hot water for bathing? if yes, then use lukewarm water instead of hot water. Use any good moisturizing lotion which keeps the skin hydrated like I use Johnson's Baby Lotion as it provides moisture upto 24 hours and keeps the skin nourished.
