Hello mom as she is one year old now would be better to avoid formula milk from now on as now she can be given any animal milk or plant based milk you prefer. regarding the rashes, try to identify is it triggers as such at certain times, as most common when consumed any food? also avoid any creams and apply coconut oil as thats best for any skin type,
