my baby 1 year old suddenly she temprechar is highly 102 what can I do?

Without knowing all the details we cannot say that why a fever has come e suddenly but you can give paracetamol as of now and you can repeat it after six hours after taking the temperature also do cold sponge which will help in breaking the temperature
