My baby 1 year old is getting sick frequently. she has viral fever a month ago and now she got cold and fever again. This is worrying me of getting her into day care. Anything i can do to increase her immunity. For 12 months i was cautious of her getting sick but now she goes out to play with neighborhood kids. I am worried of she getting sick from other kids.

A. it is very common that children will fall ill again and again that is within one or two months sometimes before 7 years of age. this falling ill is just steps to to immunityz build up in these children and you will see that after 7 years they will not fall ill that much frequently. till that time just take care of regular diet made from cereals pulses vegetablez milk and fruits and do not give outside packet foods and complete the vaccination of the child
