Q.

My babies are getting fever again anad again this month doctor says it is a viral infection how can i protect them from fever cold and cough

A. You can help To prevent your child from colds by- - hand washing more often -Avoid close contact to your child with people who have colds or other upper respiratory infections. - Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing in front of baby. - Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. - give immunity booster food.

A. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene. Give a good sun light exposure. Gradually include seasonal fruits and vegetables , green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy . Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
