my baby 1 year 4 months old his weight is 12.5 kg is it OK?? previously he is gaining weight 500gm per month,but recently it 330gm per month what is the possible reasons for that?? please answer fast,,I am very much worry about that...

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 7 m old girl3 years agoA. Ideal weight of a 16 months old baby boy should be between 11-13 kgs depending on birth weight and eating patterns. Your baby's weight is absolutely fine and there is no need to be concerned. As during this phase, they learn to crawl and walk, lot of energy is consumed in exploring around and this, weight gain is slow which is common. Keep feeding freshly prepared nutritious foods along with variety of fluids.
