Q.
My baby 1 & half year old. He is scratching his back side near his potty area. Dr. gave albendazole with 15 days gap. What to do ?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 1.5 years old now if baby is sctraching anal opening then baby has worms problem you need to repeat the dose of albendazole after 15 days

Doc must have suspected the worm infection and that is why he prescribed the deworming medication
please follow the instructions by him.and if you have confusion please consult another pediatrician
