Q.
my baby 1.6 years old is not eating properly. Plz suggest me what to do. is there any syrup is to be used

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear parent, there is no need to give any syrup to your baby.
young babies have small stomach capacity so give small frequent meals 4 to 5 times a day. encourage feeding by self and along with the family.
do not force feed. engage child in loving conversations and stories.
do not bottle feed as it reduces the appetite.
milk intake should not be more than 500ml per day, this includes Milk products as well.
if your baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, weight is within the normal range for baby's age then do not worry.
