my babby is 3 months old. my query is she is on formula & mother milk both & she pass poo 💩 2 time in which one day morning and evng that is good sign or not ? Tommorow theb pass poo I see black dots in which poo pls clear what is this

I don’t see any problem is there which is I’m going to recommend you not to worry about it but if you see constantly black spikes are there or if you feel that there is something wrong with the motion of the child and get us test done for better clarity on that
