Mom of 2 kidsMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Sometimes you are doing something daily that you are tired of doing and don’t get any support from family because they think you can handle all on ur own. Also its possible that you are getting time for urself and you are busy in daily chores. These could be the reason for your anger issues… I would suggest you to ask for support.. if no one is supporting than it’s okay to reduce your work load on few days by not doing it.. Try to take out 30min(to start with) for yourself. This will help you take rest or enjoy your time. Meditation is also good method to have a control on your emotions. Hi You are the best one to judge the reason and act accordingly.
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Then May b u r suppressing something or some trouble u have that’s y it’s coming out in the form of anger so I’d say u should take professional help by consulting a psychiatrist once as they have an expertise in the area to help u well with it
