My almost 4 month baby have redness and tightness on his left thigh after his 14 weeks vaccination. It is spread large area on his thigh. Same issue was happened in last month after vaccination. Kindly suggest what I should to do in this case. And also want to know the reason of same issue.

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out tvdhe the treatment for further management consult dr.
