Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, your ponch will reduce wiyh time. You should eat right and healthy diet. Drink lots of water specifically warm water. Avoid sugar and maida totally. Rest you will be able to have flat tummy in a bout a year or so. Good luck and take care
