Q.

My AFI is 11 cm at 36 weeks. Is it normal? What should I do to increase it?

A. Hello You don’t have to be rude I am not crazy I think you are crazy I have my knowledge which is why I told you if you have all the knowledge in the world then don’t post question over here because yourself talented you know what is the right amount of AFI so you stick to it why are you asking a question over here when you know everything and please mind your language there is no point to be rude with anybody I was only trying to help if you don’t need it don’t accept the answer

A. @Rashmi Gupta: Are u crazy? Normal range is 8-18 cm. Pls do not comment if u lack knowledge!

A. It’s Comparatively less it would be practical as of now for you to take complete bed rest for three days till the time you do not deliver because there is no such a way to increase it if you do not want to go for emergency C-section or something it’s better you take proper bed rest for three days
